Teaching

Teaching is a core energizing aspect of my academic career. I have extensive experience teaching a variety of political theory and science courses as a lead and associate instructor.  I have found my students respond enthusiastically to my teaching. They have provided me with overwhelmingly positive evaluations reporting that my teaching “inspires [them] to work up to [my] level and engage in true critical thought and analysis.” My teaching has been recognized by my department with an Outstanding Associate Instructor award, and the Collins Living-Learning Center at Indiana University awarded me a teaching fellowship (awarded, I declined) for my unique course design, “Artificial Intelligence and Democracy.”
